Ubisoft’s Q1 Results: 10 Games to Launch in the Fiscal Year

Ubisoft, the renowned game developer, has released its Q1 results and although net sales are down by nine percent compared to the previous year, there is still a lot to look forward to. Despite this decline, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot expressed satisfaction, saying the company “delivered a better-than-expected performance.”

But let’s focus on the positives! Rainbow Six Siege, one of Ubisoft’s live service games, saw a boost in net bookings and daily active users thanks to exciting new seasonal content. Other titles like The Division 2 and The Crew 2 also experienced strong activity. It’s always great to see players engaged and enjoying the games they love.

Looking to the future, Guillemot highlighted the success of the “highly regarded” Ubisoft Forward event, positioning the company favorably for the upcoming months and years. And boy, do they have some exciting games lined up!

In the fiscal year 2023-2024, Ubisoft has a whopping ten games set to launch. Brace yourselves for a diverse and thrilling lineup, including:

  1. Assassin’s Creed Mirage
  2. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
  3. Rainbow Six Mobile
  4. The Division Resurgence
  5. Just Dance 24 edition
  6. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
  7. Skull and Bones
  8. The Crew Motorfest
  9. XDefiant
  10. [Mystery “Large Game”]

Some of these games already have release dates. While we eagerly wait for Assassin’s Creed Mirage on October 12th and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora on December 7th, we can also mark our calendars for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, which is set to grace our screens on January 18th, 2024.

But hold onto your controllers, because there’s more! XDefiant is expected to launch this summer, while The Crew Motorfest is primed for release sometime later this year. And let’s not forget about Skull and Bones, the game that has been teasing us with delays but is finally projected to set sail in 2023-2024.

While these games have us buzzing with anticipation, it’s the mystery “large game” that has gamers everywhere abuzz. Speculation is running wild, with Star Wars: Outlaws from the Ubisoft Forward presentation being a strong contender. However, the actual release is still a mystery. Could it be a case of caution due to potential delays, or is there another yet-to-be-revealed surprise waiting for us?

One thing’s for sure: Ubisoft knows how to keep gamers on edge. So grab your gaming gear, charge your controllers, and get ready for an epic ride through Ubisoft’s upcoming releases. This is going to be fun!
